Use this form for requests relating to marketing campaigns, publications, advertisements or projects.
Important notes on time frames:
- All time frames are to be confirmed between University Marketing and area upon commencement of approved brief.
- Time frames for refining work will be dependent upon the number of rounds or refinement required.
- Many approval points are reliant on internal stakeholders so please be mindful of this when planning your work.
- Production time frames for all physical materials (i.e. postcards, brochures, flyers etc) will vary dependent upon quantities and availability.
- All advertising delivery/launch time frames are subject to media availability and confirmation of bookings.
Estimated delivery time frames:

| Ideation brief | Up to 3-4 months | An ideation brief is to be used when your project, campaign or event requires a new way of thinking and/or creative assets (something that has never been done before). |
| Adaption brief | 4-5 weeks | An adaption brief is to be used when making updates or changes to a project, event or campaign that has been run previously. High or low complexity.
Example: A project has been previously approved and has the same objective/strategy or creative, rolling out existing campaigns to different channels, minor changes to creative assets need to be implemented (Summer Help/TISC campaign, Postgrad Expo, Open Day). |
| BAU brief | 2-3 weeks | A BAU (business as usual) brief is required for small or ad-hoc pieces of work. This includes updates to on-going maintenance of communication materials, small content development jobs or straight instruction to re-run existing pieces of communications. |
